Refund policy

 

A refund is applicable in the following scenarios only:

1. The session is cancelled by the Psychologist without prior intimation and the client has paid in advance

2. If for some reason we reject to service a client who has paid in advance

3 If the client has mistakenly paid a higher amount than the actual booking amount

4. If the Psychologist has been unethical or abusive in their approach and breaches the terms of their contract, a refund is applicable after deducting 50% charges

In the following scenarios, a refund is not applicable:

1. Client is unsatisfied with a service: As counselors charge by time and experience, the outcome of a session or therapy, is subjective. Many times, the client makes progress, but as the outcome is intangible, one cannot measure the success of therapy. Changes are most of the times subtle and deep which can come to a client's awareness at a later time in life. Therefore, this reason is invalid for a refund request.

2. Client cancelling a session: Counselors book their time which could be allotted to someone else in need. Therefore, if a client cancels a session, the session can be rescheduled, however, a refund is not applicable.

Cancellation policy

As part of our commitment to providing excellent care and managing our appointment schedule effectively, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for canceling or rescheduling any session. This policy helps us open your slot to other clients who might be in need of therapy services.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, you will be charged a fee of [Specify Fee], which is [Specify Percentage] of the session rate
