Clients may request cancellation or rescheduling of appointments/services at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may not be eligible for refund.
For workshops, assessments, digital products, downloadable resources, or customized services, cancellation may not be permitted once access has been granted or work has commenced.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only under the following circumstances:
